Hardik I. Jain – Our Team

Hardik blends two decades of equity research, portfolio management and hands on market operations with a simple aim: protect capital first, then let it compound. He built and scaled the broking franchise at ISJ Securities and ran day to day operations before making a deliberate pivot to long horizon value investing. In 2011, he obtained the SEBI PMS licence for Whitestone Financial Advisors and led investment decisions from 2011–2017—winding down a successful broking business so the firm could focus on thoughtful ownership instead of transactions. He has managed his family’s investments for 20+ years.

Hardik’s edge lies in deep fundamental work, clean governance filters, disciplined position sizing and the patience to hold cash when value is scarce. Off the desk, his love for cricket reinforces a test match temperament: wait for the right ball, then play it well.
